Lets see, what should I talk about....
Well, I got a Nike + for Christmas this year and have never used it, until now. It's great! I love it. There is this nice voice that comes on and says, "1.5 miles left until goal is met," or "You have exceded your goal by 5 miles." (That is a total exageration by the way.)
Speaking of goals, I've been trying to write down all my calories I eat everyday. (Just trying to be healthy, if I loose weight great!) Anyways, I've become obsessed! I'm constantly on the internet, and looking things up and thinking to myself, "do I really want to eat this cookie that has 75 calories in it, or should I save those calories for something else late, maybe if I save enough I can have an ice-cream at dinner." It's crazy, but then I've stopped and if I don't really think about it, I can consume like 3000 calories in one day!! I don't know if anyone has seen that show on TLC, called something like "I eat 30,000 calories a day," but it was amazing to see these people. There was one guy who was so big that he couldn't move, but had his sister coming over to his house and feeding him, 30,000 calories a day. To me that seemed crazy. I would hope to think that if I was so big that I couldn't move that my brother (I don't have a sister, oh wait!! I have like have 100's of sisters. AOT!!) that he wouldn't be giving me more food!!
Yes, I'm obsessed.
